bayya honestly cheppali ante....i dont want to invest single rupee on that plot for atleast another 5 yrs ...but only reason is  if we left it like that it will be occupied by some xyz...we dont stay on hyd and we had really bad previous experiences while dealing with plots...thts y this step.

nadhi kuda alage undedhi. 2 years back mundhala apartment vadu badminton court laga vadkunta annadu. vade oka side goda pettinchadu. just in case month ki okasari ma vallu velli chusostharu. documents anne mana name paina unnaka evadu kabja chesthadu ?

vallu donga documents create sestharu. court lo case vestham antaaru. it will go on for decades if we fight. daani badulu koncham money ichi settlement antaaru. Dont know in other places , But Hyderabad lo saala avuthayee ilanti cases. specially NRI's properties ni target sestharu since they know we dont have time to go there and fight.
