bayya i dont want to park vehicles to park outside thats y i am thinking of cellar..if its too much to get permission then i can plan for ground floor parking...i dont know the exact place name bayya ...yes its bit far from Kamineni...just for easy reference i took Kamineni name ...thoug the plot is 100 mts away from the main road ...

what do u mean by main road man ?? from highway or from mansoorabad-kamineni road? ,

galli roads lo  cellar thavvaali ane idea vachinanduku great  kaani ghmc wont allow you to do so , if you can manage them and local corporator then you can do wth you want

u can very much leave the ground floor to paking if u are concerned about parking

nuvvu maree mixed up ayi ponattunnav.....nee plot size and budget la ki....nuvvu stilt + anaali .....LB nagar interiors lo cellarlu endi comedy gaa... 370 ki stilt + 3 vastadi....roughly oka 7000 sft veyyochu, depends on plot dimensions..... 90 l - 1cr pakkaa budget untey digu...lekapotey lite

Cellera marchipo.. G+2 ki permission istaru..illegal ga shutter veskovchu..

Cost 1100/sft...10 - 15 yeards aitadi return ravalantee..

Back in the days are easy for cnstruction and permissions not now. Bend testaru GHMC..I'm telling with real experience
