I have question?

My employer filed extension for me last year  for which I got RFE ,responded for RFE on JAN 18  but denied now.in between  FEB 18another amendment come extension filed with different client because I moved out of the first client.

now the question is can I stay here and wait for the decision on second extension or will the first one override the second filling?

Note: My VISA expired Sept 17.

--First one decision notice not yet received don't know the reason for denial.

your legal stay depends on i94 date not on h1 b validity or stamping date.

nee I-94 expiry ayindi on SEP 17. I guess nee inital extn deny ayidni kabatii you are out of status. (Amendment not taken into account becuase u appliaed after I-94 expiry)

Better talk to an attorney.

i94 expire ayyina... i guess as long as you have pending application with ussscis you can stay here legally...not 100% sure tough.. ikkada adige badhalu... talk to your company's attorney or murthy to get accurate info.
