I don't agree.. i worked in places where i was only Indian. Present client lo nenu tappa office lone evadu ledu. Most of my team members are not from IT bg. Okadu was sales manager in kohls, okallu english literature etc etc. My previous clients lo english, psychology majors etc etc chala mande unnaru. Asalu speciality occupation padutonde daniki vellu andaru degree lekunda IT jobs chestunnaru why you guys need degree and why it is speciality occupation ani. I was told by my lawyer also the same as i am answering my rfe now.

Ippudu padutunna rfe's why  this job need skilled worker  with degree ani not if we are skilled worker . Naku padina RFE ayite ade.

That is correct. But how those people transitioned to IT is important. They have done in a way that is acceptible by their employers 10 years back. Natural pivot. Their employer help them in training and understand their previous skill set especially the intangible skills. In our case, we lie and match the client requirement. Here is what one guy in our apartment did. First his wife applied for a job in her husband's friends team. Didnt select. Another position opened in another friend team but completely different technology. They immediately changed her resume and got the job through friends. H4 ead working is fine, but the way they are doing is not right bro.

You are faking man . I work in a firm where desis are 1 in 50 . They have most ridiculous background like literature, language , statistics etc ...

Any concentration in math can pick up IT jobs easily is my opinion. But other concentrations no comment. Programming is different from picking up algos/ds and making decisions for difficult issues

Do you think Americans won’t fake resume ? They do . However manam abuse lo top notch Edaina Enta Varaku chestam ante unnadi unchukunnadi udabikunenta. I am not pro h4 ead . I have seen ppl who just think it’s extra source of income and not even dedicated to work they are supposed to do . However who am I to generalize? IMO h1’s kuda proxies manali and then slowly resume fake avasaram lekunda Jobs vastayi like in 90’s. ITU NPU SVU lo first degeee chesina vallaki tanni ellagottali as they didn’t come to study .. lazy ppl who can study and didn’t . System abuse chesaru from beginning taking short cuts .  Akkada start ayite Anni stream line avutayi . Even EB1 screw Chesi need to look if they really deserve . I might sound harsh and could be wrong too . That’s what I feel though.
