Bro. My Suggestion is big NO.........

Athu side inkha pedagga develop avadhu bro. It's compact.

Better look from Benz circle towards airport. Which will surely develop in near future. Once the airport gets extended.

Also, From Benz circle till Gurunanak colony. The price are very high. Minimum 1.2 to 2.8 ayipotundhi.

If you can afford GEV Radha Madhav is the best investment. Inkha flats Kali vunayi. Builder is very good and reputed. Mostly the price will always increase. 1.6-2.5 nadustandhi.

Or Gurunanak colony varakhu 1.2-1.8 vundhi ippudu market,which is also very good to invest. 

Inkha mundhuku veltey ramakrishna nagar varakhu velthey near Ayush, 70-1.2 vundhi. Which is also good.

Ramvarapadu area lo malli takkuvaki vastayi. But not so good to invest because of the area.

Other option is Barrage daatakha towards guntur and amaravathi. It's right time to invest here. Future growing areas. All the big townships ikkadey kaduthunaru ippudu. Nenu already enquire chesanu. Manchi builders vethukuni konnuko. If you like gated. Mid valley bagundhi 95 lacs west facing with interiors all inclusive other than taxes and registration offer nadustandhi. You can bargain for additional car parking for free and price.

Inkha chaala projects vasthunayi. Check them.

agreed..after barrage would be the best place to invest at this point...but tadigadapadi not a bad deal for sure..nenu tumula center road facingdi almost took for 2.3k sqft in 2012..bode prasad is the builder n lastlo kathal padadu rate dagara..dobey ani dropped the deal

40l for a 750 carpet area anthey ekkuva bhaiya, a area ki. Build area okka 800 to 850 vundochu and super built area 950 -1050 vundochu. Chaala chinna house bro. Very small rooms vuntayi. Akkadey 50-60 l peditey inkha manchi houses vasthunayiga. Check for them, of you are interested in that area. You can get it for 35-38 if you bargain for that Sqft you have given.

oppss..missed this part...TS babaya...its a biscut...overallga neku sqft takkuva padtundi ani buildup istunadu aa buildergadu..375 sft for common n parking is too much for a 2 bhk..3 bhk ke 300 sft untadi

Bro. 6 months back. Ma neighbours valla relatives 1300sqft 40 lacs ki konnaru, near to main road. So sqft takkuva kabathi 35-38 ki adagochemo. What I think. Nenu assalu a follow avatledhu rates. Nenu almost okka 20 projects choosanu last 2 weeks and finally finalised one 2 days back. Andhukey bargain chesi andharitho rates baaga telisayi.
