Bro. 6 months back. Ma neighbours valla relatives 1300sqft 40 lacs ki konnaru, near to main road. So sqft takkuva kabathi 35-38 ki adagochemo. What I think. Nenu assalu a follow avatledhu rates. Nenu almost okka 20 projects choosanu last 2 weeks and finally finalised one 2 days back. Andhukey bargain chesi andharitho rates baaga telisayi.

Apts 6months back kanta eppudu koncham cheap ga vastunnai espcially apt more than 1cr..bcz of developers stuck with money rotationa and paying interset every month, so some people letting them go for cheap instead of paying intrest.

but land prices matram evadu taggatam ledhu in any area.

naku ee project nachindhi if you plan to move to India after 2-3 years, this area definate ga grow avvuthundhi..and you can bargain for Rs2300/sqft.
