post property purchase procedures to follow

first time buyer. house located in secunderabad cantonment area.

after proeperty registration. bank vadu collected sale deed and given us acknowledgement of list of document bank has ani.

nen cheyalsinavi enti post property purchase pls chepandi.

applied for property mutation in SCB. which will make me responsible for property tax after that.

after which only i can apply for water bill name change.

i have to do change electricity bill name transfer.

nen general procedure asking.. like property konesa.. so and so chesesa.. inka em pending unnayi nai... so location avi is not required kada. anyways SCB area lo. bowenpally lo property. 1.5 cr.
