He can get job in HAL, NAL, ISRO, DRDO, DRDL, Cessna, Honeywell .. Lot of other companies.... if he comes to USA ... he has to do something which doesn’t require clearances .. like structures.. design .. if it’s his passion let me follow that

NAL is been designing  saras turbo private plane for 20 years now and they crashed it twice.  These government jobs are hard to get in and they are not what you think. Better than that you can work in france and Germany on auto cad design projects.. few of my friends worked in france for some of leading car manufacturers before shifting to on fof the aircraft design team Germany. They don't share much details about their job as it is top secret, btu what I know is they do lot of electrical wiring circuit design in cockpit and sometimes fusealage. Typically they get clearance easily in Europe.

I worked in few of them .. drdo and isro are best to work for.. if you are motivated. I know lot of people working in aero industry .. I cannot take names because of security reasons.

Coming to the point @TS .. ask him to do it only if he is passionate about it .i would say do master from IIT/IISc after bachelors ....to have bright future.
