Genuine foundations to donate / adopting for edu expense

Need info on following:

- kids ni dhathu theesukuni (not legally as son/daughter) but valla bhadhyatha like education expenses theeskuni monthly pay cheyyatam ki are there any foundations that are genuine and properly takes care of them?

- any genuine ways to donate on monthly basis to people in need, any foundations that work with schools or organizations that identify people in need and use donations genuinely ?
