Things are going good now-a-days, much better than 1950-2000. my Solutions:

-Population Control by Govt and welfare. 

-Green plantation by Organizations.

-Track of all politicians bank transactions

-Tough police dept on cash, crime

-Should teach officers in a way that there are thousands of people young generation looking for job, if you do bribe here, one of them will replace you. If that officer salary is not enough to his family, Govt will take care of min needs.

-People should be either responsible or fearful of rules. jus like US.

one major change that is needed is in law and justice system. I see it becoming worst by each day. adi strict ayye varaku people wont have fear.

salman khan case clear example. 20 years tharuvatha judgement vasthey , he got bail now and he will appeal in higher court.

smaller court lo 20 years , high court lo 20 years , supreme court lo 20 years. last ki manishi poyi case close sestharu.
