killbillpandey123 Posted April 9, 2018 Report Posted April 9, 2018 I have a tax filling related question, dependent wife and kid ki health insurance thisukoledhu for 4 months in 2017, when they are out of country and added them to insurance when they are back here. Now the question is should we pay penalty for those 4 months or do we have penalty exemption as they were out of country for that time period? koncham clarify cheyandi ba Turbo tax lo chesthunta, it is showing penalty for those months and exemption list lo out of country option ledhu. Maryadaramanna Posted April 9, 2018 Report Posted April 9, 2018 Health Insurance ledu ani claim cheyyatam enduku bro.. I know there is a rule for compulsory insurance but filing lo nuvvu manual ga info provide cheyyatame kaani, they don't have any reference point to check the insurance. Nenu 2 yrs back, insurance teeskole; but filing lo declare cheyyala..so no penalty. Even my wife had no insurance for a couple of months when she initially came to US. I declared that insurance was there for all round the year and no penalty. Quote
