Talked with another employer. She said I need to switch my Vendor yo them and need to work for them before my H1 ext getting approved with them. Ala antundi..inko iddaru employers tho matladithe ade antunnaru(same ditto)

Can I transfer my h1 b to the different employer while extension is going on(assume I94 is expired when I am transferring my h1b )-   Seeing lot of confusing posts saying if we apply for h1 b transfer based on existing extension with expired I94 there is high chance of getting RFE with bridged petition which is depends on original petition decision

Tough situation vendor kuda not co- operating but if your position at client is critical/important n have manager support then u can dictate both vendor n ur employer with an email stating u need to file h1b immediately n with proper documentation, neeku minimum vaka 3 months h1b vuntey follow this otherwise search for alternate job, pedaga cheseydi emi ledhu until u find new employer after that nuvu harrassment complanint veyachu with your state labor department

You can't as it is up to your employer's discretion whether to file for extension or not

Your employer is trying to milk you as much as possible in this worst situations.. last day dha agi regular lo apply chestha inko 6 months paduthundhi rfe or approval ravataniki..worst case lo rfe vastha malli 2 months wait chesi reply chestharu and it will take another 3 month for result..so worst case lo kuda you will work with him for almost year which is good profit..approve eithe both win-win..

so he is playing safe game..Just go with his plan and tell him to apply in premium..apply chesaka contract inko month lo end avuthindhi ani cheppu, vada premium chestadu..
