Vizag real estate - Shriram Panorama hills

Has anyone invested in this venture . Builder is currently quoting 2.5 crores for the villa. My native place is not vizag but I would like to settle there after returning to india  that’s why I am planning to invest in vizag . Is it really worth buying villa for investment purpose and if I am not staying there. If you know any good ventures , please let me know .

I found another venture in kapuluppada - it’s called blue Marino . Villa price is 65 lakhs and it is 500 meters from beach road .

try to check if someone is selling from the 1st phase. last year 1.3cr ki konni choosa; see if you can get some thing around 1. 8 atleast

Don't look for East facing, neeku lucky facing choopinchuko...you'll get best deals for south facing homes.
