Big error, middle name part of first name

Hello ,

 

So today I had found that my middle name is exactly not my middle name but it's extension to first name... 

 

 

Thatis what at least my lawyer say(not employer lawyer)

 

How do I check whether my middle name is part of my first name ?

 

 

Indian Passport

And 

My birth certificate     dont specifically mention first name and middle name separately

Also my i94 mention my entire name as first name given excluding my last name.

 

 

Unfortunately I mentioned my middle name as middle name on i797 only !!!!

 

So how to officially check on Indian website if my middle name is specifically middle name or part of first name

Yeah  just realised there is no concept of middle name in India.

 

So it's just given name.

 

 

My i797 copy has mentioned part of first name as middle name.

 

Going forward I should just mention my first name as" complete given name"

And ofcourse as we all know surname as last name

Yes

 

Driver licnesce = fist name  plus middle initial.

I797 = first name plus middle initial dot

check i94 history don't give middle then give middle.. should work
