i know people hesitate to disclose company name..

company motto teliste...( i mean where the company is investing wrt their service or product) daniki relation ga ne role ela contribute chheyocho  rayadaniki try cheyi.)

Speed up the queing process or Optimizing resolution time if supporting multiple teams..

Monitoring enhancement to detect failures before they happen etc kind of things add cheyochu.
