Vizag lacks a decent bus system.. but my observation is from 2013 when I spent 6 months there..

It lacks all sorts of residential and industrial infra, except the good areas are insanely good.

the difference btween haves and have nots is too stark in Vizag.

It should have been capital. Lacks nothing compared to Vijayawada. Only thing it lacks is 'manollu' which CBN prefers

That’s the first criteria for any city in AP to be best. Or else, a city with only Telugu population will never be able to become ‘best’
