Hello every one I got RFE for 1st time OPT 
I send all the documents and for third question I write a formal letter that I didn't keep any receipts for books and I don't have car pass also is there any problem for my OPT.
Additional Documents Requested 
. An official copy of your Northwestern polytechnic university transcripts; 
. Proof of tuition payments for the past academic year; 
.Receipts for books, parking passes. and school supplies. for the last term; 
.Evidence that you have not taken more than one three-credit or less. on-line or distance 
education class per session, term, semester, trimester or quarter of study. 

I applied OPT on november 18, 2017 and my case was received on December 8, 2017 and I got RFE on march 8, 2018 
So I send all my requested documents on Aipril 10, 2018 to potomac service center virginia 
and the uscis website is not updating and it showing case was received from past 4 months. 
So when is the expecting date to receive my OPT and what about my RFE questions is there any serious issue with my RFE.
