I was supporting a political model of Hindutva that gave power to all sections of Hindus, and on hindsight it seems so silly. Only idiots like me believed that hindu society can be anything but power centralizing group. There was no way to convince a regular guy that what Vemula needs support, not mockery. 

Hindu society has made up its mind to support the arrogant Smriti Irani, and dismiss the protestors as fringe. Worse, the regular society in Hyderabad didn't even care, instead focusing the discussion on ills of reservation.

how am I judgemental? it is true that Halwa doesn't know what the right is that he's supporting, or is deliberately trolling me, to prevent me from ranting. because it probably bothers him at some level. I appreciate if he actually has a point, but he never does.

I always make sure that when someone responds to me, I respond in the same tone that was used in their response. nothing more.

otherwise, there's no question of hating anyone, let alone uppercastes, one of whom I am. anyway I was joking in the part you quoted. I'm not that vain, when every one of my friends is way more read and articulate than I am.

I'm hopeful, and not distracted, and do several things to further leftist action. But I can rant too. 

my rants should be considered as the equal to rants of a person who thinks that roads in India are bad. How silly it would be if someone got mocked for saying India is corrupt.

so I don't expect them to support some sob story, but the society surprised me in pouring collective scorn on Vemula. except communists, dalits, almost everyone was convinced that he was either misguided or an antinational. I don't mean just this db, which was extremely vicious as usual on Vemula, apart from few like Saul.

my friend who had always mocked me for being a Hindutva fcuk (under the mask of being an anarchist), was finally right. Hindus do hate/avoid conversations about dalits.

and that Hindus get a free pass for all the sh1t they do in their society.
