Mallishwari Posted April 16, 2018 Report Posted April 16, 2018 Spoke with few attorneys no one is giving proper advice . My question is if sevis is different on i20 and visa does it matter at POE ? I was in India from last 6 months due to few personal reasons . I lost my status because of that . I am coming back to US with new I20.. so can I re-Apply visa again or can I come with the current F1 visa which has validity i need some good attorney to consult .. share details if you have thanks in advance Quote
