This is my last attempt at H1. Not sure if I'm gonna make it. I'm considering applying either for day 1 CPT or a Ph.D. program? Is it true PhD chesthe GC easy ga vasthundha? lekapothe antha trash a....

It is not straight forward. lot of condition even for PHD candidates too. LTT for experts.

PHD unna lot of other factors chustaru like papers, research quality etc for EB1. elago ippudu cutoff date ochindi thanks to WITCH managers. Nee PHD ayye sariki EB2 level backlog pakka EB1 lo

Phd is better. Only crappy colleges gives 1st day cpt. Momentarily it looks easy but career will be ruined . Go for phd . Tough route and need to spend lots of money but worth it.

1st day cpt college ki velli unna f1 kuda deny ayite ? Status issue vachaka inka interest gurinchi alochinche option undadu  short cuts light tesukoni need to do what is good for career . Eb1 eb2 is not time to think when h1 not picked . First join ms or phd in good college and apply for cpt after core courses are done . This way future lo ayina Issues Ravu .

Those are just expectations...by the rule book.

But, in reality, it is similar to any other abuse.,

EB1 - Multinational manager: Any witch company employee with zero management skills can also get it.

H1B: Speciality occupation. NPU student with under 3 GPA can also get H1B.

Only my opinion is ...regardless of part time job or IT job ...just save some money ..go back and do some business in IND ATB
