Verizon iphone are always best bet to use out of country..they are factory unlocked..

if you have two different sim car, you can test..

or ask seller if they have original box which matches the imei number and back of the box you should see first five digit of ICCI as 89148 which is for verizon phones..this is simple and free trick most of the people dont know..

 

for ATT first five digits are 89014
