Modi has given more than what AP would have got with SCS. Cunning Crook CBN, as we know is shown the right place.

In his earlier term Vajpayee was very soft and good natured human which CBN utilized to the core and advertised Central schemes as TDP's schemes. Ex: Golden Quadrilateral Highway project, Food for work (Paniki Aaharam), DWAKRA etc.

Also the IT boom of early 2000's was exploited by CBN and he created a false image that he is the creator of IT industry in India.

Luckily this time, CBN is given a tough test - which he failed miserably - could not bring even one IT Company to new location.
