Public and state jobs are literally limited. Its a myth. 

Majority of the so called mass number of jobs are group 4 jobs. if the govt says there are 1 lakh jobs to be filled, it literally mean of those 1 lakh jobs, 95,000 jobs would be mass jobs like constable,home guards, teachers, anganwadi workers,village adminitrative officers etc. 

only the remaining 5000 jobs will be white collar ones...which are filled by TSPPC and this number also depends on need. 

Usually govts announce District selection commitee in the penulimate years where mass jobs like constable and teacher positions are filled in turn will have massive effect on job creation blues in the rural market. 

Gone are the days of this massive public hiring by the governments. KCR is only making fools on the basis of job creations.

coming to 2 bedroom houses, this is being used as marketing gimmick for 2019 elections. on an average, 10-15 double bedrooms are built in mandal head quarters and local leaders have been ferrying people to these sites to assure them that if they vote for TRS, they will also get a similar double bed room house in their village

KCR govt has been spending lot of money on welfare. this may not be good in longer run...infrastructure is being taken up as a priority in the first two years but since last one year, all the budget is now being diverted to kaleshwaram project. 

kaleshwaram is a good project...but the cost involved in building, maintaining eleven huge motors to pump upwards, electricity cost etc may not be economically viable but with the way govt is projecting welfare, it seems the operational maintenance cost of 10,000 crores have to borne by the govt as well.....purely a welfare project but financially may not be viable one.

the biggets success of KCR government is law and order. Must say, its impeccable to Indian standards. 

Policing is so much better and streets are much safer than they were ever. Police has been utilizing modern surveillance technologies to keep an eye....and the police is building 4 huge towers, called as control centers to keep surveillance on the city. Upscale areas have been bought under camera electronic surveilance already and plans to install another 15,000 camera by 2021. three fourth of area

and police response has been better...in distress, you can now depend on dialing 100 and expect the police to be at the scene much faster than they were ever before. not saying they are perfect but they have been better than before and more and more improvisations are coming across....has to give KCR credit for making policing much efficient.

broderu, agricultural projects ki financial viability endi..chala loong term goal avtadi adi. Projects leka chala lands vadilestaru janalu, once a project is built and enough water is being supplied, agriculture will be back, along with new communities and new development alongside with it. Kaleswaram is a much needed project is that area..United AP lo ne kattalsindi, but KCR is doing well in this..inka costs antava, obvious ga manollake ichukuntaru ee govt unna, and to some extent increase avatam mamule.

Kaleshwaram lekapothe there is no option for TG landscape. Gravity and min cost toh Koncham cultivate cheyochu but to compensate TG will need industries which generate thousands of jobs, which is not possible(I don’t think any industry from now on will produce massive scale jobs, everything is automated). So mukku is going for agriculture even though it is expensive.
