If your client/employer is ready to pay you if you work from India , then you can work till you die.

Usual gaa visa reject ayyithey they send it for a uscis revok request...so it depends on what usicis responds....if they revock no chance with the same petition...if not u can reapply usually uscis sends a non revoke letter to ur employer....ee info 4 year back experience
