At what point does democracy become pointless..

when people begin to second guess what their leader is going to do, and organize in a way to force it.

Since it happens pretty early in a democracy, Democracy is completely sh1t.

the best we can get from this 'democracy' is political 'observers' ranting non-stop about how they managed to crack how a particlar party/leader will behave. 

Humans wasting their time on earth with some utterly useless bullshit like party politics.

life is not pointless.your  life leaves footprint in other's lives enriching theirs, and given how far humans have come, how much they have explored (physical and spiritual), its not exactly pointless.

politics, especially electoral/power politics, is still stuck in tribalist era. Every new iteration is the same as some old sh1t.
