Are phulkas casteists? or slaves??

If they are casteists,  as they all proclaim to have royal blood they should be encouraging other people from their caste as a CM candidate. 

But since they have struck with one family, since sr NTR (1983) till Devansh (2050). Are they all slaves to one family?

No logic in your question.  In the last 30 years, Reddys had supported marri, Kotla, nedurumalli, YS families.  

Kapus supported vangaveeti until his death ( although he wasn't CM level candidate back then), now Chiru family.
