TG lo they blocked TV9 and ABN in 2014 for more than 100 days. They did not block it formally by the state. I think they phrased it as something done by Cable Operators and has nothing to do with State Government.

That is true, but they don't do it officially, they say it has nothing to do with the state government but manipulates cable operators behind the scenes. 

Anyways, this is just speculation contingent upon Juggu coming to power
