New Venture-Hyderabad

Bandlaguda(Keesara Road)lo 1st venture plots and houses almost sold out. So started 2nd venture. Idi 60 acre, GHMC layout(previous one was Panchayat layout). Each plot is 210 sq.yds. Planning to redivide them into 140sqyds. Under 150sq yds are selling fast because they cost <50lacs(including house). 60ft road and 40 ft connecting roads.

Plot currently priced at 12,000 per sq.yd. But drainage, tar roads finish aithe 3 months lo they will go to 20,000 per sq yd. Next lane to 4 lane Keesara highway.

my college route $%^bandlaguda ki intha scene undi ani asalu expect cheyaledu..... aina ECIL - Keesara route lo waste i think ..

Uppal - Ghatkesar madyalo plots inka better emo....

Ventures lo illu plots konoddu vayya....venture planning is all game to pump sell price and many bakras fall for ventures....independent plots or homes are always better with some background check.
