There are huge investments into real estate sector since its been consistently giving profits last decade. Also more hype recently because of notes ban and people do not want to hoard cash or keep in bank. It is just one bubble away from bursting. 

But people pulling money away from banks and investing in real estate is not going to help economy in long run.

aadibatla ni alaane lepaaru due to CTS and TCS campuses. And really rates are increased and I missed that wave. Similar thing happened to Yaadadri.

as @argadorn said, india lo land ki eppudu value untundi with decent profits. So investing in lands is always good idea.

It depends on place and timing man.

My relative bought land in Rajamundry during AP division hype. Now the price dropped 40-50% from highs.

Some lands in Shamshabad villages are not even to the level of when Airport hype was created while it was coming up

better to invest near amaravati or guntur , near sri city, or even in anantapur even IT jobs thakkuva vunna verey industries vutunaayi kabbati survive avochu...
