Brothers, 

I know lot of people are struggling on HOkati and OpeeeTTT. 

naa Hokati Oct 2018 lo ayipotundi. Nooru nalabhai undi. Naa sathimaniki March 2018 lo applu chesa HNaluguEAD. May be June second week lo vastadi thanaki(valid until Oct 2018).

Maa 8 friends ki RFE padindi HOkati extension lo Vermont Serv C. Maa Friend kinda scenario cheppadu..

1.) June 12 2018 lo vHNaluguEAD meeda decision vastundi --> there will be an option that they might allow to work until end of the approved HNaluguEAD.

2.) Nenu May lo HOkati exten ki eligible.

Nenu Premium lo apply ceyyala HOkati ext so that Naa Sathimaniki 3 years HNaluguEAD vastadi...

Note - I am being optimistic(Please dont call greedY) because she had experience but been Home for a long time. Just starting to build something for our future.

tana decision vache lopu nedi extend aaite same apply avudi.. oke vela apply kaka pote.. malli immediate ga extension ki file chestam.. as simple as that.. just be prepared for some paper work on your end..

Naa question enti antey.. June 12 ki Govt HNalugu teesetunnam and approve ayina vallaki end date varuku work cheyochu ani chebithe. Also, If I sent the docs to UscYYis by first week of June, will they approve for 3 years since I already applied HNalugu EAD? Leka naa approval date ki HNaluguEAD revoked kabatti..will they not approve HNaluguEAD?

H4 EAD cancellation gurinchi DHS or USCIS has not provided any confirmed information.. so dont worry about H4 EAD .. apply for your wife and find a job...

I wouldn't be so sure. 

Looks like they(USCIS/DHS) are determined to get H4 EAD rule revoked. 

Sure, they will say it will be open to public for comments but Public comments don't really matter in rule making. 

This is a small regulation when compared to Net Neutrality which was passed with ease despite huge public outcry/comments.

with the amount of noise they made before Feb deadline, it has been low since then.

so lets wait and see..but i dont see it coming soonthough.
