Can someone please post the certificate issued by Care Hospital to BK saying mentally retarded  

Friend asked saying BJP is taking action against him for his activities and trying to re-open the shooting case to close his chapter forever, seems like they issuing summons  to Care hospital as well

Yeah YSR time lo ne ayindi But ie issue antha handle chesindi Kiran Kumar Reddy.....the popular belief being CBN used his connections with YSR and rescued BalaKrishna.....but the reality is that CBN didn't do anything to rescue balakrishna but it was Kiran Kumar Reddy, who was the cheif whip of Congress back then...
