Not true bro. At least not the way people here thinks. Before TDP came into power, it use to be even horrible and every trip they are paying for local MLA, Police station and MP. They never allowed anyone else to bid the coast and only big shots involved from both gov. CBN removed bids and made it free sand but you have to pay for the trucks and the equipment who digs sand. It is not as bad as all the media PK and Jagan portraying. I'm not a TDP fan but I live near by and i know the facts because i know people who are related closely. CBN only made it free for Andhra Pradesh people but people are abusing and selling it to other states which no one interested to put these facts out. All the capital construction requires huge sand and all the apartments in Guntru/Vijayawada areas and nearby development need sand. Our roads become too nasty before Amaravati announcement but CBN taking measures to not to allow those vehicles on newly constructed roads. Facts are too different than what people think and comment.
