i am talking about the ap tg share of funds....vallaki ochinavi vasthe chaalu ani saying kadha......funds are distributed by a formula.....sometimes there wil be a delay in delivery due to our great indian bureaucracy and red tape.......its the responsibility and job of local MPs to track the progress of such things......its very easy to just abuse bodi......local MPs will do that to brush away responsibility......mana budhi ekkada poyindhi ani asking nenu???
