I partly agree with you but if there is no marriage people easily go out of commitment. Kids will not have mom/dad which will effect their psyche.  Laws are harder to take divorce to discourage people from breaking up for petty things.  Marriage/ Divorce ivanni manam pettukunna rules aey.  If someone really doesn't want marriage they can choose to not marry and live with person they like. Not everyone is suitable for marriage and can be happy in a commitment like that. Personal choices.  Indian society inka accept chese stage lo ledu...at least parents. Andarini edirinchi ala undagaligite manasu ki nachinattu then can totally do what they want.
