Here is the case :

20 year old driving the car, allegedly drunk and hit the pavement killing a person on spot.

No gender used...neutral...but crime committed still the same and victim remains the same. Nothing has changed..

True don't know why everything has to be associated with gender. Crime is a crime no matter which gender commits it

Indian mindset still has this soft corner mentality for women, like a women getting drunk and hitting someone is still considered an unbelievable act and eighth wonder as if it should not happen...

women now have equal share and right in everything...no more soft corner..this soft corner image needs to be shed and the word 'man'.'woman' needs to be replaces with 'person'

You are talking about shame ???? Why should I be shameful at first place when I wasn’t the person who made that accident  and when I said they should be punished regardless of gender  ?  You are the Same person who told Florida lo 4.5 years to tappinchukovachu when a guy hit a woman and murdered her ..Appudu poor life anipiyaledu and you told options to escape and punishment by states ? Appudu shame anipiyaledu poyina Pranam gurinchi matladakunda punishment ala taggutundi ani disco pettinappudu ? See your standards before you point fingers at someone . Be human first then comes genders . Dayyalu neetulu Vallinchadam ante ide .

Added to my ignore list . I can’t stand your posts .

Just because I stated a fact that you can get away with it in Florida doesn’t mean I supported the guy. Don’t try to put words in my mouth.

Look at stats. Men are more likely to be involved in violent accidents than women due to their risk taking behavior. I am not talking about dents or missing bumpers. Get your facts right. You are talking about hypothetical situations which may or may not occur. If at all women organizations protest arrests of guilty women then that is the responsibility of society to condemn those protests and let the criminals be punished. And as far as concocting false evidences is concerned, I do not know why gender comes into place here? Did that not happen with men throughout the years? Did they not concoct false evidences? Why the holy than though attitude? Concocting false evidences is more of a class problem than gender issue. People with money and power try to go Scott free by hook or crook.

Look up the stats, women are involved in more accidents for the time they travel and have more traffic violations per capita. In this case, the fight to get them out will be over the top just because they are women. Money can get a person out but if the accused is a woman people will try harder to get them out. How is this a class issue alone when the gender of the criminals is playing a bigger role?
