PK CM avvadam ippudu unna situations lo impossible ani na opinion. The most he can do is get some votes and influence the elections either in favour of TDP or in favour of YCP. 

 

It depends on which votes he is going to get:

if he splits votes that are against government, it favours TDP

if he gets all Kapu votes in the state, it may favour YCP.
