Land Prices all time high in Hyderabad

Is it good time to buy/invest in Hyd?

Asalu investing in Hyderabad is now bad idea unless you want to go back someday and live or if you are planning to buy for parents . 1 crore lekunda apartment kuda ledu in decent place . We can rather buy a condo/ townhome here and rent which pays off its EMI . Just my thought .

In your opinion which place is decent to invest in Andhra/TG?

I don’t know man I lived only  in hyd till I came to states . I am wrong person to answer this .

IMO investing in USA is better . At least my kids would sell and buy a better home if they want to in future . India lo em telusutundi to even sell and get the money back .

investing in andhra at such high prices may not be good idea,  one need to wait for long time (5+) in order to see some growth, add the political instability that may come after elections, best time is a 1-2 months before elections if you want to invest in andhra

Investing in hyderabad will guarantee short term returns, this investment has minimum impact due to policial implications as HYD is already rapidly developing 

investing in land/villas is way better than apartments, depreciation on apartments is not worth the investment, your net asset quality will drop over time
