Hyderabad demand is in peaks now. I bought agricultural land near Shankarpally 6 months ago and it almost doubled now. Outskirts lo chaala perigindi ipppudu.... Shadnagar and Shankarpally areas lo future chaala baguntundi... Also Uppal and surroundings will become like Hitec city in terms of ROI in next few years...

My major investments are into agricultural lands because in the future government will invest a lot into agriculture. Look at TG government already giving 8000 per acre. All you have to do is invest in horticulture and get the money from Government and also from the produce. I am thinking to buy cheap agricultural lands near Siddipet as Siddipet is developing at a rapid pace now.
