Verification after H1B stamping

Bhayyas and Behens oka month back thread vesa cousin ki help kavali ani regarding h1b stamping, the thung is she got it recently and planning to come here in couple weeks. Aite tanaki tana manager call chesadu ninna and tanaki ippatiki 6 times emails and phones vachay anta from USCIS asking questions like,

1) Do you need Ms.X in your project?

2) Does your company has relationship with prime vendor and vendor?

3) How important are her services etc

 Stamping ki mundu 4 times (2 emails and 2 calls) and stamping tarvata kuda e week 2 times email chesaru anta questions. 

 Is this a common thing or worry avvalsina avasaram unda because they are verifying the details even after the stamping. Please post your thoughts miku idea unte e vishayam mida. Thank you!

It's expected the anyone in that situation to be worried. But USCIS calling is not new.

Sounds Very odd to me ...not sure why USCIS goes back on a approved Visa...unless the Employer is flagged or something fishy

Employer valla problem undacha bro? EVVC model thanu..Employer ki and prime vendor ki relation bagane undi.mestri gadu kuda mari bacha em kadhu..200+ h1bs unnaru..tanu port of entry lo aputharu emo ani bayapadutundi..leka evaraina colleagues etc uscis complaint ichina kuda ila chestara ?

Not discouraging but this is first time I am hearing that they are calling after H1 Interview is approved...very rare scenario...ask her to be prepared with all kinds of docs at POE, check employer to see if he is blacklisted or something

chesina ila 6 times cheyadaniki.... no nothing is correct... please check with lawyers... phone number... recordings....

They might be doing this ... they are using every trick in the book to make managers think twice or thrice before hiring an H1b... just ee frustration tho me people will stop taking h1 b ani
