Ft job .. laid off. Looking for a job . Need H1 transfer ..  open for c2c , w2,  no location preference .. I am in Connecticut .. 

etl sql bi development experience.  Ms sql server , ssis, ssrs, ssas

Don't think so. But seen few cases where uscis still approved h1 transfer even with some gaps in employment. so its pure luck.
