Malli OPT appudu emina problems untaya no problems for OPT as long as you maintain status. if u are applying for COS before ur I94 expires then u dont need to go to India. future lo after COS India velte matram u should go for stamping to re enter in to US. right now the processing time for COS with in US is minimum 6 months.
