Oka question ZPH schools nunchi central schools like sainik schools ki funds vachedi ee sarva siksha abhiyan nunchena? What is State's contribution/control here then?

@Rushabhi Sainik Schools have nothing to do with any other govt run schools. Sainik Schools/Kendriya Vidyalays are run by department of defence..and most of these schools are run by Armed forces personal. They have their own budget,standards and discipline. Even today, KV's are better ranked when it comes to quality of education.

All other govt schools, Village primary, Mandal Parishat, Zilla Parishat, SC/ST hostels, and all other government run and government aided schools are funded by state government and this sarva siksha abhiyan. In India, There is education cess of 2% levied on all the services and purchases which is collected to fund sarva siksha abhiyan prohram.

under this scheme, center government sponsors 60% of the cost and state govt bears the remaining 40% of the total expenditure with hill states being exception where central govt sponsors 90% and state contributes 10%.

The goal was supposed to achieved by 2017 but think this program may be extended by another five year term.

What goal? Funding goal? So funding for these schools is by state governments and Sarva Siksha abhiyan. But selection of teachers and infrastructure decisions/ decisions to open new schools are in the hands of state government right?

Universal primary education is the goal. everyone from the age of 6-14 have access to basic education.

Center only provides the necessary funds outlaid in the budget for the state and its the responsibility of the state government to implement the objectives, including mid day meal. Selection of teachers, training, infrastructure etc will have to be completely taken care of by the state government, district collectors and DEO's.

Oh yeah, KV's are being run by Ministry of HRD but these schools have been established for children of defense personal primarily...

The Kendriya Vidyalayas have a four - fold mission, viz.,

1. To cater to the educational needs of children of transferable Central Government including Defence and Para-military personnel by providing a common programme of education ;
2. To pursue excellence and set the pace in the field of school education;
3. To initiate and promote experimentation and innovations in education in collaboration with other bodies like Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) etc.
4. To develop the spirit of national integration and create a sense of "Indianness" among children

A certain percent of students ki free education in private schools lo ivalani ae RTE Act of 2010 implement chesindi

As per Right To Education act, all private schools have to offer a percent of its enrollment as free without charging a single rupee...
