JambaKrantu Posted May 1, 2018 Report Posted May 1, 2018 I have a feeling 2019 will be a make or break year for H1s. They might really tighten up the restrictions on specialty occupations, employee-employer relationships. Also for full-time clients they might start enforcing the recruit US Citizens first policy by denying H1s for companies that recently laid of USCs. This will be the last year before elections for Thatha so he will really tighten up the screws.. Quote

Of course yes, I've seen my friends who are having a lot of issues while their extensions and transfers are been filed, queries are like never ending process nowadays, yet still there is no proper response from the USCs. Hopefully by end of this year we can expect the downfall of H1b's results in various categories. Love Da America Quote

They all talk as if WITCH companies coming on their own and grabbing the work. This is the dumbest argument you hear this decade. They don't have balls to question their own American CEO's why they are outsourcing and restricting them to stop. Company doesn't care about policy they need to post profits all year long. Quote
