Bhayyas  , maa client gaadu  letter estunndau gaani june 30 end date ani mention chestunnadu  ..ekkada contracts annually renewed  .. aa maata oka sentence lo pettadu like potentially will be renewed ani ...extension file chestunnaru ee week lo , is it better to include this or go without it ?mesthri emo letter pettalsinde antunddau porapotuna June 2018 varaku iste prob avuddi as present one is valid till Sep 2018  .. Kotta letter with june 2019 end date naaku july lo estamantunnaru ..please advise .

I would wait until the new letter comes in.

Client letter lekunda I got approved . Don’t put the letter and go ahead . Don’t wait till last minute too . I94 validity unte MTR open chesukovachu worst case scenario lo . Manager to rappo unte email ivvamanu client doesn’t provide letter ani . That’s more helpful . Good luck !

explain the situation to vendor, most of the vendors are providing extended PO's like an year beyond, they will say no, it depends on how you present your needs

make sure your PO end date is an year away from your H1 filing date assuming you are filing premium

Current di sept 2018 daka unte appude enduku file chestunav. Wait chey Kotha letter vachedaka. Amrita ki sudi undi andariki undadu look at the majority cases fluke la talgina example tho cheyaku. I would wait till my contract is extended and file with a new dates in the letter

Congrats bhayya.. client no letter email vundi,  nenu konchem fight chesi  letter vachela chusanu but it is very basic, n does not  mention much but mentions end date . think will go forward without the letter .. Meeru  Vendor letter ,SOW submit chesara  ?

That should suffice . This is my 4 th extension and I didn’t have client letter for all my approvals and 4 stampings ( except once )  . Email will suffice .  Short terms dates mention chese letter kanna adi best . Also , one year letter pedite Niku one year extension aey vastundi . Think about it .

wait chesthe malli RFE emanna vasthe and I 94 expire avute issues vuntaayi kada ani alochistunna bhayya .. thinking of applying now in regular and see , and upgarding to premium  when the new letter comes

Na team lo okadu RFE ki reply isthe, client letter lo no end date mentioned. Based on the PO between employer and vendor 6 months contract unte USCIS gave only 6 months visa. Dates unte matram very big risk of getting visa just for that term.

Agreed . Letter lekapovadam better than having letter with short term dates .

This sounds like a plan. Ya regular la chesi 10gu Kotha letter vachinaka upgrade to premium.
