as i expalined yesterday we can get regional poll data and  all the election poll data  to influence people.

 but this is a tough job as we need someone working in the public administration and election commissioner to  get  the data

 this can be used to do an analysis  and then use orators to influence the masses. this might help upto a certain extent

this one fuelled by the money  

do a micromanagement of each mandal  village to influence voters.

this needs a complicated system ton of data to analyze.  then use specific data points run the campaigns
