Its not 12-15%. Its max 8-9%..rest of the 11% goes straight into pocket.

Ledhu. They are good a lot better than the mesthris that I am seeing now. Trap answer cheyyalsina avasaram asale ledhu.Not related to them at all now. FT vethukkunna. In house projects in the sense implementation partners ayyaru oka 3 years back. And OPT ayina H1 transfer ayina interview chesaka chestharu. And they only deal with Java technologies.
