Seller 250K pettadu. Nenu 230K Pettanu. Vaadu Counter offer 245K chesadu.

Similar house+ FInished Bathroom  240K poyindi a month ago. 235K nenu offer cheddamanukuntunna. Enni sarlu offer/ counter offer cheyyochu?

Also Home Warranty ivvadanta because the house was built in 2015. How important is Home Warranty?? Please throw some light.

One good suggestion:

Don't go for cheap houses which you cannot resell.

Location Location Location is key for owning real estate.

Also make sure ur property appreciates.

Good suggestions. Ikkada konchem hot gaane undi market. Last year 7% appreciate ayyindi anta. anthaku mundu 3%.

All houses <6 hours lo sold. Haven't seen a house lasted for more than a week in this area. Anduke thondara paduthunnam man.

Home warranty is not that common in the mid-west afaik. 

There is no limit to offer/Counters. 

240 plus seller pays toward your closing cost oka 3 to 3.5K alta try cheyyu bro.

Do you have gc or full time job or h1b valid till 2020? Then buy a house otherwise don’t. I am a house owner and lesson learnt is dont buy a house if none of the above satisfies

Home warranty vaadu enduku istadu? nuvu bayata third parties nunchi teesukovachu for home n appliances

but builder nunchi 10 years untadi that covers for any structural damage.

Counter offer only 2 times varaku cheyochu as far as I know....if you have an agent ask him he would know.

Paina evaro annatlu.. ask the seller to include the appliances also.. you might save about 3-4K on that
