Iowa lo own house on h1b anta koncham risk kada, very few clients and impossible to find next project at same location..Job market at that location is important if you are buying house on h1b..

Also Home Warranty ivvadanta because the house was built in 2015. How important is Home Warranty?? Please throw some light.

i will not talk about much you should counter with, but talk about factors that u should keep in mind while making a counter offer 

1. first, is that 5K worth of losing the house 

2. whats the no. days in the market in the community(2015 antea they should go fast IMO)

3.240 n 245 is not much difference IMO, nuvu refer chesi house ki ee house ki diffs neeku complete thelika povachu and every seller is different. 

4. make sure you act fast if you like the house

5. looks at all the houses and no. of days in market and you will the demand......based on that play around 

 

Home warranty: pichha lite for 2015 build home ki, it covers HVAC n Appliances....you shouldn't have any issues with either.
