It's not 500k ....including lawyer fees and others charges it will be around 650K with 6% interest....but not garunteee...(money) recently Marriott staredwith 28 million dollars project west Palm beach....

Those who are serious enough will know what it takes to get GC in EB5 route bro. It's not as easy as number 500k.
