It's a gimmick to take any travel cards. I'm using Chase Freedom Reserve and I wish i wouldn't have opened. You spend and they reward but are you REALLY willing to spend at the cost of REWARDS? IMO, you shouldn't unless you spend lavishly and don't bother about it.

It's biggest mistake you ever make. Bonus ante vadu special ga emi ivvadu, he take your money and return in other form. Yearly fee is $499. When you close it can take up to 5 years  or more on SSN report that you have closed account.

I don't know about that 495 dollars... I got southwest card.. 50000 Points... account already closed... Credit limit transfered to other chase account.. paid 69 and used over 800 dollars worth in flight tickets... not even a glitch in the credit score... if it is 495, usually waived for the first year... 

and about the credit score... that's misconception... it will affect your score if you close your oldest accounts.. but not the one year old ones

when I started using , it was $450, they changed it to $550 last year. When I said I will close because of increase, they offered me $300 back in points.

The benefits you get with this card is the best, you will definitely get itt's worth. 

Ofcourse it's not for everybody
